I have used opus twice and both times I have been extremely impressed. They were extremely thorough and the reports are extremely detailed but very easy to interpret.

The second time I used them I needed a quick turn around and they were very responsive to this. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I would definitely use them again.

This is the 9th property I’ve bought so opus are the 9th surveyors I’ve ever used. They are head and shoulders above any others I have used. Nothing is too much trouble for them. From the survey to receiving the report was one week. The report was very detailed but easy to understand. They even give you an estimate as to the cost of fixing any problems.
